呼吸衰竭合并心衰患者脱机相关性肺水肿的研究进展 被引量：12

Progress of the offline-related pulmonary edema in respiratory failure complicated by heart failure

摘要 随着社会老龄化的进展,因呼吸衰竭而使用机械通气同时合并心衰的患者在临床上越来越多见.罹患有充血性心衰或/和缺血性心脏病的机械通气患者会较其他患者拥有更长的ICU住院时间,并会延长机械通气的使用时间.机械通气通常对于心功能正常患者血流动力学产生负性作用,因为每次吸气时胸腔正压会减少静脉回心血量.但正压通气可改善患者心源性肺水肿,而且已经作为常规治疗方式应用于临床治疗.
