基于遗传算法的虚拟维修环境布局规划研究

摘要 虚拟维修环境是虚拟拆装的作业场所,属于维修虚拟实现的重要组成部分。在维修拆装过程中,容易遇到拆装部件复杂、拆装后零部件较多等情况。为了达到好的显示效果,解决虚拟维修拆装环境中零部件在三维空间的布局问题,应用层次划分对零部件进行归类,将三维空间布局简化为多个二维平面布局,降低布局的复杂度。在作二维布局时,使用遗传算法对布局进行优化,提高布局质量。最后将其应用到航空发动机高压压气机虚拟拆装零部件布局,表明该方法是可行的。 Virtual maintenance environment is the workplace of virtual repair disassembly and assembly,which is an important part of maintenance virtual realization.During the maintenance disassembly process,conditions such as complex disassemble parts and excessive disassembling parts appear frequently.In order to achieve ideal display performance and resolve 3D layout problems of virtual maintenance disassembly parts and components,level dividing is applied to classify the parts and components; 3D spaces are simplified into multiple 2D layouts,reducing layout complexity.Genetic algorithm is used in 2D layout to optimize and improve the quality of layout.Finally this method is employed into virtual disassembly parts and components layout of aero-engine high pressure compressor and is verified feasible.
