摘要
目的观察明胶-壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜对于糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)大鼠皮肤缺损修复的作用。方法采用高脂高糖饲料喂养联合链脲佐菌素建立DM大鼠模型。药膜实验组大鼠皮肤缺损部位用明胶-壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜覆盖后,油纱及干纱布包扎缝合固定;对照组大鼠皮肤缺损部位仅用油纱及干纱布包扎缝合固定。观察创口面积及创口愈合率。结果术后14 d,经明胶-壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜处理的实验组DM大鼠创口较模型组小,创口愈合率明显高于对照组。结论明胶-壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜具有促进DM大鼠缺损皮肤修复的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of gelatin- chitosan compound nanofiber membrane on the repair of skin defect of the diabete mellitus rats. Methods The diabete mellitus rat model was established by streptozotocin and high-fat-sugar diet. The diabete mellitus rats treated with gelatin-chitosan compound nanofiber membrane and oily gauzes on the defects were as the experimental group, while those treated with oily gauzes only as control group. The defects of all rats were fixed with dry gauze bandage at the margin of outer packaging. Results Fourteen days after treatment with gelatin-chitosan compound nanofiber membrane, the wound was smaller than that in the control group, while the rate of wound healing of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Gelatin-chitosan compound nanofiher membrane can promote the repair of skin destruction.
