MMP-2及VEGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨分析基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择2012-01/2012-12月在作者医院首次手术并经病理证实的脑胶质瘤标本90例作为胶质瘤组,选择同期自愿参加的60例健康者作为健康组,采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-2及VEGF的表达情况。结果胶质瘤组MMP-2及VEGF阳性率显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胶质瘤组两项指标检测值随着病理分期的增高而增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2及VEGF联合检测可以提高脑胶质瘤的诊断价值有助于临床早期诊断。 Objective To observe the value of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) combined detection in the diagnosis of brain glioma. Methods A total of 90 specimens with brain glioma accepting first time operation in the authors" hospital and confirmed by pathology were selected as glioma group. Another 60 healthy persons were selected as healthy volunteer group. The expression of MMP-2 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of MMP-2 and VEGF in glioma group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group (P〈0. 05). MMP-2 and VEGF in glioma group were increased with the increase of the patholog- ical staging (P〈0. 05). Conclusion MMP-2 and VEGF combined detection can improve the diagnostic value of brain glio- ma and is helpful for the early clinical diagnosis.
