生物反馈电刺激在盆底失弛缓型便秘中的应用价值

Application Value of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation in Patients with Anismus Constipation

目的研究探讨生物反馈电刺激在盆底失弛缓型便秘中的应用价值。方法选取2008-06/2013-06月作者医院收治的68例盆底失弛缓型便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(盆底肌功能训练组)34例和观察组(生物反馈电刺激组)34例,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后的肛管动力学、盆底表面肌电指标。结果观察组中度和重度便秘者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组,治疗后10 d及30 d的肛管动力学及盆底表面肌电指标均显著好于对照组及本组治疗前水平,P均<0.05。结论生物反馈电刺激在盆底失弛缓型便秘中的治疗效果较好,且可有效改善动力学相关指标。

Objective To study and investigate the application value of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the pa- tients with anismus constipation. Methods A total of 68 patients with anismus constipation in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into control group （pelvic floor muscle training group） with 34 cases and observation group （biofeedback electrical stimulation group）with 34 cases. The total effective rates and anorec- tal dynamics, pelvic floor surface electromyography indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of observation group with moderate and severe constipation were higher than those of control group, and the anorectal dynamics and pelvic floor surface electromyography indexes at tenth and thirtieth day were all significantly better than those of control group and those before treatment （all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treat- ment effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the patients with anismus constipation is good and can effectively con- trol the dynamics related indexes.
