摘要
ＷＴＯ使中国经济法的发展面临 着来自市场经济发育程度，意识形态、法律生长模式差异带来的诸多矛盾，本文讨论了ＷＴＯ 给中国经济法带来的机遇与挑战，并从重构法律与经济、法律与政策的关系以及经济法内部 关系三方面提供了一种理论研究的进路。
WTO brings many conflicts to the development of China's economic law, which are caused by the difference in the development of market e conomy,ideology,and the pattern of the advancement of law.The author discusses t he opportunity and challenge from WTO,the reconstruction of the relation between law and economy,law and policy,and the inner-relation of economic law.
