This paper expounds the working content and character of the acquisitioning and cataloging work in college library, theoretically confirms the ontsourcing scope of the acquisitioning and cataloging work, analyzes the current outsourcing modes of acquisitioning and cataloging work in college library, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each mode, and combining with the experiences of the library of Henan University of Science and Technology, probes into the best outsourcing mode of acquisitioning and cataloging work.
