摘要
在对高校图书馆绩效管理含义进行界定的基础上,分析了当前高校图书馆绩效管理的现状,并针对其存在的问题,从营造绩效管理氛围、重视绩效考评指标设计和权重分配、有效运用绩效考评结果、注重绩效沟通和反馈等方面,提出了改进和完善高校图书馆绩效管理的对策建议。
Based on defining the meanings of performance management of university library, this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance management of university library, and in the light of some existing problems in its performance management, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the performance management of university library from aspects of creating the atmosphere of performance management, paying attention to the index design and weight allocation for performance evaluation, and emphasizing the performance communication and feedback, etc.
