摘要
实验通过改变絮凝剂 WHL 1的使用条件 (如分子量、用量、矿浆 p H值和过滤压差等 )来研究其在铜精矿过滤中的助滤行为 .结果表明 :当矿浆 p H约为 1 0 ,用量为 2 0 g/t,分子量为 3× 1 0 6 ,水解度为 4 0 %时 ,WHL 1既能提高过滤速度 。
In the test,the actions of the WHL1 flocculate in the filtration process of copper concentrate is studied by changing the filtration conditions, such as molecular weight of WHL1, the consumption of WHL1, the pH of pulp and filtration pressure. The results of the test is shown that there will be a good effect, rising the filtering speed and deceasing moisture of filter cake, as pH of the pulp is about 10,the consumption of the WHL1 is 20 g·t -1 , M=3×10 6 and the hydrolysis parcentage is 40%.
