钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果对比观察

Effect comparison of holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of ureterolith stones

目的比较钬激光碎石术(LL)与气压弹道碎石术(PL)治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法将96例输尿管结石患者随机分为LL组50例和PL组46例。LL组采用LL治疗,PL组采用PL治疗。比较2组一次碎石成功率、手术时间、住院时间、术后4周结石排净率、并发症发生率。结果 LL组手术时间及住院时间均短于PL组,一次碎石成功率及术后4周结石排净率均高于PL组,并发症发生率低于PL组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与PL比较,LL是治疗输尿管结石一种更安全、有效的碎石方法。

Objective To compare the effects of holmium laser lithotripsy （LL）and pneumatic lithotripsy（PL）in treatment of ureterolith stones .Methods 96 patients with ureterolith stones were randomly divided into PL group （50 cases） and LL group（46 cases）.LL group were treated with LL,PL group were treated with PL.Compared the success rate of frag-mentation on one session ,operative time ,hospitalization time ,stone-free rates four weeks after operation and clinical complica-tions rate of two groups .Results The operative time and hospitalization time of LL group were shorter than PL group ,the suc-cess rate of fragmentation on one session and stone-free rates four weeks after operation of LL group were higher than PL group , the clinical complications rate of LL group was lower than PL group ,the difference were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compare with the PL ,the holmium LL is safer and more effective to remove ureterolith .
