中西药联合治疗妊娠早期先兆流产效果观察

Effect observation of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines for threatened abortion in early pregnancy

目的观察中西药联合治疗妊娠早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法将妊娠早期先兆流产患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组给予中西药联合治疗,对比2组患者的临床治疗效果、止血时间及腹痛腰酸等症状减轻时间。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%高于对照组的71.43%,止血时间,腹痛、腰酸等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠早期兆流产治疗中,应用中西药联合有更好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines for threatened abortion in early pregnancy .Methods 70 cases of patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 35 cases.Control group was given with regular routine treatment , treatment group received the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines .Compared the effects ,bleeding time and symptoms relieve time of two groups,such as abdominal pain,backache.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%higher than 71.43%of control group,the bleeding time,abdominal pain and backache symptoms disappearance time of treatment group were shorter than control group ,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines for threatened abortion in early pregnancy has better clinical outcomes .
