摘要 介绍了国内外气相防锈剂和气相防锈载体材料的研究开发状况 ,以及气相防锈技术在热力设备腐蚀防护中的应用。作者曾研制开发了吗啉类低聚型热力设备停用保护专用气相防锈剂 ,采用其保护电厂停用设备 ,可以维持电力生产的安全经济运行 ,准备进一步扩大应用。 The reserch development of vapor phase inhibitor and its substrate materials were discussed Vapor rustproof technology was used conveniently, clear and adapted well, which could be applied to metallic rustproof treatment in auto, shipping, machine, hardware industries It was important to reserch new effective, low toxicity and economic vapor phase inhibitors, provide advanced rustproof packing materials, develope more kinds of vapor phase inhibitors, meet demand of rustproof treatment in different proccessing conditions It had a good market foreground that researching vapor phase inhibitor used only for thermal power equipment and protection during shutdown could keep the electric power running safely and economically
