赖氨葡锌辅治小儿秋季腹泻疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察赖氨葡锌颗粒辅治小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法将110例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。2组均采用蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊、补液纠正水电解质紊乱和脱乳糖饮食等综合治疗措施,治疗组在此基础上加用赖氨葡锌颗粒。观察2组止泻、退热、脱水纠正时间及治疗时间,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.55%高于对照组的67.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程中2组均未见不良反应。治疗组止泻、退热、脱水纠正时间及治疗时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赖氨葡锌颗粒辅治小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,值得在儿科临床推广。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of lysine and zinc gluconate assisted treatment of children autumn diarrhea .Methods 110 cases of children with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , each of 55 cases.Both two groups were given with complex treatment measures ,including bifid triple viable ,smecta,fluid infu-sion and lactose-free feeding , treatment group were treated with extra lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate particles .Ob-served the diarrhea ,fever,dehydration corrected time and treatment time of two groups .Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.55%higher than 67.27%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Two groups during the treatment showed no adverse reactions .The diarrhea,fever,dehy-dration corrected time and treatment time of treatment group were shorter than control group ,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of lysine and zinc gluconate particles assisted treatment of children autumn di -arrhea is significant ,it is worth in the pediatric clinic .
