摘要
对大型水源钢质管道外壁腐蚀程度进行了调查和分析 ,原石油沥青缠绕玻璃布防护的管道运行 18a后防护层已脆化 ,位于管道的中下部位和底部防护层的脆化使钢管的腐蚀尤为严重 ,多处蚀坑也位于管道的下半部位 ,而管道上半部防护层和管体则较好 ,这是因氧浓差电池所致。目前解决的方法是追加阴极保护 ,以延长管道的使用寿命。
Through investigating and analyzing the corrosion degree at the outer surface of the steel pipeline used in large water source, it was found that those pipelines protected by petroleum asphalt wrapped with glass cloth had already had corrosion phenomenon After 18 years of use, the outer protection layer of the pipeline had become fragile Especially at the postition of the lower middle and the bottom, the protection layer was more fragile and the corrosive phenomenon was even more serious Lots of corrosive spots could be found at the lower side of the pipeline, while the upper side of the pipeline was well protected This was due to the formation of the “oxygen concentration cell” The method for solving this problem is to add cathodic protection in order to prolong the usage of the pipeline
