摘要
为了上好汽车制造与装配技术专业的核心课程《汽车生产与质量管理》,进行了基于工作过程的模拟QC小组活动的教学设计。在建立QC小组、申报审批、选题、计划、组织、实施和检查的各个阶段,严格按照PDCA循环,力争让同学们熟悉Qc小组的活动程序,掌握Qc活动的方法与手段,在班级内进行Qc成果的发表会,并要求每位同学撰写QC成果报告。进行了初步的教学尝试与探讨。根据毕业后同学们的信息反馈,效果明显,此种教学方式深得同学们的喜爱。
In order to carry out "the production and qual- ity management" car course teaching, the author simulates the working process of the QC group activities for the teaching design of the course. The curriculum was tried and explored of teaching in the following aspects, in- cluding QC group set up, audit and approval, topic, plan- ning, doing, checking and action, in strict accordance with the PDCA cycle, and strive to make students familiar with QC group activities, master the method and means of QC activity, QC results in the class of conference, and asked each student to try and discussion of teaching of writing the QC reports etc.. According to the graduate students of information feedback, effect is obvious, the way of teaching the students won the favorite.
