接管补强圈外圆周角焊缝裂纹的实例分析

从焊接接头型式的设计、接管区的受力情况和应力分析等方面着手 ,分析了蒸汽混合分布器的接管补强圈外圆周与筒体连接的角焊缝出现裂纹的原因 ,并提出应在设计、制造、安装、使用管理等方面对这类焊缝加以重视。

In term of design of welding seam,pressure in nozzle junctions,stress analysis and so on,this paper makes analysis on the cause of crack on the joint between the external circumference of reinforcing ring and cylinder of steam mixing distributor,and proposes that attention should be paid to thin kind of welding seam during design,manufacture,installation,operation and maintenance
