透明细胞(管状)乳头状肾细胞癌的病理学诊断 被引量：5

摘要 透明细胞(管状)乳头状肾细胞癌(clear cell tubulopapillary renal cell carcinoma,CCTPRCC)是较为少见的肾细胞癌亚型,文献中曾使用多种命名。目前资料显示,CCTPRCC生物学行为呈惰性。该肿瘤体积小,组织学特征为上皮性成分,有囊性、小管/腺泡、乳头以及巢状4种生长方式;肿瘤细胞较为温和,胞质透明,胞核远离基膜是重要特征;间叶性成分可见平滑肌以及"流产型"血管;典型免疫标记为CK7+/CD10-。分子遗传学未发现特征性表现。其鉴别诊断较为复杂,需与多种其他类型肾脏肿瘤鉴别。
