透明细胞(管状)乳头状肾细胞癌1例并文献复习 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨透明细胞(管状)乳头状肾细胞癌(clear cell tubulopapillary renal cell carcinoma,CCTPRCC)的临床病理学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法观察1例CCTPRCC患者的临床资料、组织学形态及免疫表型,并结合文献分析其临床病理学特征。结果患者临床表现为腰痛。CT增强扫描见不均匀强化肿块,呈"快进快出"表现。镜下见管状腺泡状、乳头状、实性巢状等结构,细胞核形态温和,在管腔或乳头表面单层整齐排列。免疫表型:CK7、CK34βE12均呈阳性;CD10、AMACR、CD117、TTF1均呈阴性。结论 CCTPRCC是一种新分类的肾肿瘤,生物学行为呈惰性。正确认识该肿瘤,对防止误诊为透明细胞肾细胞癌等其他肿瘤具有重要意义。
