医生报告结局研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 “结局”是由干预措施所引起的，需要测量的事件、变量或体验。有关结局的研究最初源于政策决策者、保险经纪人和公众，因为给予患者的干预或保健方案，对于改善患者生活和成本等结局，需要客观的衡量和评价。同时，人们所制定的临床实践指南，又要求有充分的证据证明医疗活动中的具体行为和结果。与健康和医疗活动相关的各类人群，都需要有充分的证据证明自己“要做什么，结果是什么”，
