摘要 目的观察跆拳道运动员足部应力对足弓形态的影响,为运动损伤康复影像解剖学和人类学提供依据。资料与方法选择10名高水平跆拳道运动员作为跆拳道组,10名普通在校生作为对照组,均为男性。采用64层螺旋CT扫描受试者足部,三维重建后测量足内外侧纵弓角度、高度(足背高、弓高)、高度/长度、内外侧纵弓高度比、前弓角及后弓角。结果与对照组相比,跆拳道组右足(进攻足)外侧纵弓角、内/外侧纵弓高度比均明显增大(P<0.05、P<0.01),外侧纵弓高度、外侧纵弓高度/长度、前弓角和后弓角均明显减小(P<0.01、P<0.001、P<0.01、P<0.01)。两组内侧纵弓角、高度、高度/长度和足背高度均无显著改变(P>0.05),跆拳道组右足与左足之间内、外侧纵弓角、高度、高度/长度及足背高度、前弓角、后弓角、内外侧纵弓高度比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论足部长期经受跆拳道运动应力可以使足弓形态发生特异性和适应性改变,表现为外侧足纵弓呈现下降趋势,并有足内翻倾向,以右足(进攻足)最为明显。 Purpose To investigate the influence of stress on morphology of arches of the foot in Taekwondo athletes, and to provide imaging evidence for sports rehabilitation. Materials and Methods Ten high-ranking male Taekwondo athletes were chosen as Taekwondo group with ten male college students as control group. The feet were scanned using a 64-detector spiral CT with three-dimensional reconstruction of the skeleton. The angle, height (dorsum of foot and arch), height/length ratio and height ratio of the medial and lateral longitudinal arches as well as angles of anterior and posterior arches were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the angle of lateral longitudinal arch and the height ratio of the medial and lateral longitudinal arches were significantly increased in the right feet (attacking foot) (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) in Taekwondo group; the height and height/length ratio of lateral longitudinal arch, anterior and posterior angles were significantly decreased in the right feet in the Taekwondo group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01, P〈0.001. P〈0.01, P〈0.01). The angle, height, height/length ratio and height of dorsum of the foot were not significantly different (P〉0.05). These parameters were not significantly different between the right and left foot in Taekwondo group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Chronic stress from Taekwondo practice may cause morphologic changes in the arches of the foot such as decreased lateral longitudinal arch and medial strephenopodia, especially in the fight foot (attacking foot).
