结肠癌中caspase9表达程度与癌周炎症程度关系的研究

Study on the relationship between degrees of caspase9 protein expression in primary colon cancer and inflammation around the tumor

目的:探讨原发性结肠癌中caspase9表达程度与肿瘤周围炎症程度的关系。方法:用免疫组化法检测138例结肠癌中caspase9蛋白的表达,用HE染色法检测肿瘤周围炎症程度,分析caspase9表达程度与炎症程度的关系。结果:caspase9的阳性程度与肿瘤周围炎症程度表达呈正相关,spearman秩相关系数rs=0.364,P=0.000。结论:结肠癌组织中caspase9的表达可能因肿瘤周围炎细胞的浸润而异常升高,但需进一步实验证实。

Objective：Investigate the relationship between the expression of caspase9 in primary colon cancer and the degree of inflammation around the tumor. Methods：The expressions of caspase9 protein in 138 colon cancers were detected by immunohistochemis- try, while the degree of inflammation was detected by HE staining, and the correlation of the above two degrees was analyzed. Results： There is a positive and significant correlation between the above two degrees,and the spearman Rank correlation coefficient r is 0. 364 （ P 〈 0. 001 ） ;both the positive rate and rate of ≥ ＋ ＋ of caspase9 in moderate to severe degree of inflammation group were higher than that in the group of no infiltration of inflammatory cells （P 〈 0. 017 ）. Conclusion：The expression degree of caspase9 in primary colon cancer may abnormally promote by infiltration of inflammatory cells, but further study is needed to confirm.
