炎症相关因子在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的研究进展

The research development of relative factors of inflammation in the impairment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion

急性脑梗死患者在发病前常合并糖尿病或在发病急性期常可见血糖升高,许多临床及动物实验亦表明高血糖可加重脑缺血再灌注损伤。目前,较多的研究兴趣集中在缺血再灌注后的炎性过程,缺血细胞以及缺血激活的内皮细胞、白细胞,产生促炎性细胞因子,表达黏附分子,导致白细胞积聚和外流。该文主要综述炎症因子在高血糖脑缺血再灌注损伤中的研究进展。

Prior to the illness onset,the patients with acute cerebral infarction will have diabetes or a rise in blood sugar during the flare-ups. Many clinical and animal experiments show that the hyperglycemia would aggravate the impairment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Nowadays,more researches focus on the inflammatory process after the ischemia reperfusion. Ischemic cells,endothelial cells and leukocytes inspired by ischemia will produce pro-inflammatory cells and adhension molecule. It also causes the gathering and outflow of leukocytes. This paper mainly literally reviews the development of inflammation factors in the impairment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
