摘要
人体是整体与部分统一协调的复杂体。运动训练中的大量事实说明,运动训练作用的"根本原理",不是"超量恢复",是"整体调整"。大运动量训练原则同样不妥。
The human body is a very complicated body,in which the overall and part are unified and coordinated.The key stone of training is not overcompensation,but overall adjustment.Heavy training principle is not the right way too.
