体育赛事与城市发展:以广州亚运会为例的一项实证研究

Sporting Events and Urban Development:An Empirical Study of Guangzhou Asian Games

本文从体育赛事的功能理论演变来探讨体育赛事与城市发展的理论逻辑关系,即从竞技、休闲的社会功能转变为推动经济社会发展的综合功能。在不同的时间、空间和行动主体条件下,体育赛事推动城市发展的功能和效果有差异。本文以2010年举办的广州亚运会为例,通过问卷调查和实证资料分析,来讨论亚运会推动广州从硬实力到软环境发生的变化,推动城市发展理念、经济发展方式、城市管理模式的转型升级和公民意识的勃兴,形成广州亚运会"办赛事,办城市"的"广州经验"。

The essay uses function theory of sporting events to discuss the logic between sporting events and urban development and argues that there is a function shift from social function of athletics and leisure to comprehensive function of promoting economic and social development.The function and effects of urban development promoted by sporting events vary within different time,space and subjects of action.The essay takes an example of Guangzhou Asian Games 2010 and uses research methods of questionnaire and empirical material analysis to discuss the three aspects of influence of Asian Games towards urban governance of Guangzhou：1.the change from hard power to soft environment;2.transformation and upgrading of urban development idea,economic development method and urban management mode,and the emerging of citizen consciousness;3.Guangzhou Experience of Manage Games,Manage City.
