新时期高校体育教师角色定位的再审视

Review University PE Teachers’Role Definition In The New Period

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出了"优先发展、育人为本、改革创新、促进公平、提高质量"的工作方针,其中"育人为本"是根本要求,"改革创新"是强大动力,"提高质量"是核心任务。本文紧密围绕提高教学质量,从"体育育人"视角,结合体育教师在人才培养中担任的重要角色,对照新时期培养全面发展的高素质创新人才的基本要求,进一步完善与构建高校体育教师素质模型,深入剖析我国高校体育教师现有素质与时代需求不相适应的深层原因,有针对性提出改进和完善的途径与提高体育教学质量的建议,直接贡献于"培养全面发展的高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才"战略主题,使学生真正受益。

National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan（20102020）proposed the Work policy including development preferential、education-oriented which was the basic requirement、reformation and innovation which was the strong power、promotion of fair、improving quality which was the core task.This article consult the basic requirement of cultivating all-round development、high-quality innovative talents in the new period,analyze the PE teachers’important role in talent training,review their role definition with the angle of ＂physical education＂,analyze the reasons of why their quality does not adapt to the age requirement deeply,build and perfect the quality model of PE teachers,put forward proposals to improve the quality of PE teaching,make the students become the real beneficiaries.
