摘要 运动负荷定量化可以有效指导运动训练和预测运动成绩,目前很多研究尝试采用不同的方法去定量负荷,但是缺乏一个绝对的"金标准"和有效地验证程序,本文总结了几种不同的负荷定量方法,以其通过比较不同方法之间的利弊和适用范围,找出各个项目特有的定量方法,促进训练质量提高,最大限度提高运动员竞技能力同时保障他们科学、系统地完成训练。 The quantification of exercise load can effectively guide the training and predict performance .Currently ;there were different method in training .There is no absolute “gold standard” which can be used in the field ,making it difficult to validate procedures .This paper summarizes several different quantitative method of load .The purpose is :the Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of different methods ;the reference of the characteristics of different methods in different item ;also Standardizing these methods has resulted in the quality of research in these areas increasing exponentially .
