大学生体育态度与体质健康的调查研究及相关性分析

Investigation and Correlation Analysis on Sports Attitude and Physical Health of College Students

目的:了解大学生体育态度现状,探讨大学生体育态度与体质健康的关系。方法:采用自编《大学生体育态度调查问卷》对随机抽取的465名大学生的体育态度进行问卷调查,同时按照《国家学生体质健康标准》的测试要求对其进行体质健康测试,并对调查与测试结果进行统计学分析。结果:大学生体育态度总体上比较积极,但体育认知、体育情感、体育行为意向三者之间不平衡,体育认知水平得分较高而体育情感、体育行为意向得分较低。大学生体育态度总评与体质健康水平存在正相关关系(r=0.485,P<0.01)。但体育认知与体质健康水平之间相关关系不明显,而体育情感、体育行为意向与大学生体质健康水平之间呈中度到高度相关(0.40≤r<0.80,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:培养正确、积极的体育态度有利于提高大学生体质健康水平,要重视激发和培养学生的体育情感,提高体育行为意向水平。

Objective： To explore current situation of college students＇ sports attitude and correlations between sports attitude and physical health of college students. Methods： Using the self-made ＂ Questionnaire About College Students Sports Attitude＂ ,465 college students selected randomly were investigated about sports attitude. At the same time,the students＇ physical health was tested based on ＂National Student Physical Health Standard＂. Then investigations and test results were statistically analyzed. Result： On the whole, the college students＇ sports attitude was positive, but their sports cognition, sports emotion and sports behavior intention were imbalance which showed higher levels of sports cognition and lower levels of the latter two. There was a positive correlation between the general level of physical health and the overall sports attitude （ r = 0. 485 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. But sports cognitive level was not correlated with physical health. The sports emotion and the sports behavioral intention had middle or high correlations with physical health （0.40 ≤r 〈 0.80,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Cultivating right and positive sports attitude was favorable to improve college students＇ physical health. In addition, more attention should be paid to inspire and cultivate students＇ sports emotion and to improve level of sporting behavior intention.
