摘要
本文以我国商业银行信贷资产证券化为研究对象,以我国上市商业银行资产证券化业务样本数据为研究基础,运用上市商业银行公布的财务报表数据,对我国商业银行信贷资产证券化业务的实施和运作效应进行实证分析,并以此为基础,就证券化业务对我国银行业发展的影响与作用进行评价。
This paper takes commercial bank credit assets securitization as research objects, with the sampling data of listed commercial banks＇ asset securitization business as the research basis, to analyze the implementation of the asset securitization and operation effect of the listed banks, in order to obtain securitization＇s influence on the development of China＇s banking industry from the overall grasp of theory to practice.
