摘要
测定了不同硫黄用量的反式- 1,4-聚异戊二烯( TPI)硫化胶的溶胀比、平均交联点间的相对分子质量、室温下力学性能发生突变时的临界平均交联点间的相对分子质量和临界结晶度,并研究了交联对 TPI结晶的影响,测出了不同交联度 TPI硫化胶的硬化曲线和结晶曲线。结果表明:硫化明显阻碍了 TPI的结晶,使 TPI的结晶速率和硬化速率变慢;炭黑的加入相当于提高了硫黄用量,不利于 TPI的结晶。
The swell ratio of vulcanized trans- 1,4- polyisoprene(TPI),average relative molecular mass between crosslinking points,the critical average relative molecular mass between crosslinking points of vulcanized TPI which mechanical properties change suddenly under ambient temperature,and the critical crystallinity were measured.The effect of vulcanization on the crystallization of TPI was studied.The results showed that vulcanization decreased the crystallizating rate of TPI obviously.The addition of carbon black was equal to the increase of sulfur content,which decreased the crystallizating rate of TPI.
