次贷危机后美国、英国和欧盟金融监管体制改革研究

Research on the Financial Regulatory Reform of U.S.,UK and EU After the Subprime Crisis

2008年次贷危机以来,美国、英国和欧盟对金融监管体系进行了大刀阔斧的改革,改革内容不仅包括按照国际组织新规则制订或完善本国或本地区的监管措施,更包括了对本国或本地区监管体制的重构。本文就此分析了危机前美国、英国和欧盟金融监管体制的缺陷,阐述了危机后这些国家和地区在金融监管体制改革方面采取的措施。

Since the 2008 subprime crisis, U.S., UK and EU have reformed the financial regulatory system, which including developing or improving the Regulatory measures in the region in accordance with the new rules of international organizations and the reconstruction of regional regulatory regime. This paper analyzes the flaws in the financial regulatory system of U.S., UK and EU before the crisis, and focuses on the financial regulatory reform measures in those countries and regions in post-crisis.
