2012年北京市猩红热病例流行病学和emm基因特征 被引量:7

摘要 猩红热是A组β型溶血性链球菌(GAS)引起的急性呼吸道传染病,临床特点为起病急、发热、咽炎、弥漫性皮疹、继而脱皮.GAS还可以引起儿童和成人急性咽炎和扁桃体炎,严重者可导致侵袭性感染,如坏死性筋膜炎和中毒休克综合征[1].2011年,北京市猩红热发病也较往年显著上升[2];我国香港地区也出现猩红热暴发流行,并导致2例儿童因中毒休克综合征而死亡[3].大量研究表明,GAS疾病谱与其分型密切相关,M1、M2、M3、M4、M6、M12型与猩红热的发生密切相关[3].
