血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂对大鼠肝纤维化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 经典肾素血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)在肝纤维化进程中具有促进作用,而近年来发现,RAS家族新成员血管紧张素转化酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)2-血管紧张素(angiotensin,Ang)(17)-Mas受体轴具有拮抗RAS经典轴的作用,即对肝纤维化具有一定的保护作用[1].更深入的研究发现,在肝纤维化进程到一定阶段,该轴的作用逐渐减弱,主要以RAS经典轴作用为主,故是最终形成肝纤维化的关键所在.依那普利是血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI),临床主要用于治疗高血压等心血管疾病.
