摘要 对航空用间位芳纶纸蜂窝和对位芳纶纸蜂窝进行了室温及高温180℃下的压缩性能、剪切性能和平面拉伸性能试验,对比分析了两种芳纶纸蜂窝在相同试验条件下的性能。研究结果表明:间位芳纶纸蜂窝的主要力学性能远远低于对位芳纶纸蜂窝的性能,造成两种蜂窝性能存在较大差异的主要原因是芳纶纤维分子结构的不同。针对两种蜂窝的性能差异,对蜂窝的拉伸断口形貌进行观察,发现对位芳纶纸蜂窝与间位芳纶纸蜂窝的拉伸断口形貌存在较大差异,并结合断口微观形貌分析了造成这些差异的原因。 The properties of the meta-aramid paper honeycomb and para-aramid paper honeycomb were tested at room temperature and 180 ℃, including compression properties, plane shear properties and tensile properties. The properties of the two kinds of aramid paper honeycomb were compared and analyzed at the same experimental condition. The results show that the main mechanical properties of the meta-aramid paper honeycomb were substantially lower than those of the para-aramid paper honeycomb;aramid fiber molecular structures are main factors causing the performance difference. As for the performance difference of the two kinds of aramid paper honeycomb, the facture morphology by tensile testing was observed. It was found that there was obvious difference in facture morphology between the two kinds of paper honeycomb. Combined with the facture morphology, the causes for the difference were analyzed.
