摘要 陆丰油田群在使用"南海开拓号"FPSO进行临时生产期间由于台风造成单点动态软管严重受损,在其他常规维修手段无法实现短期复产的情况下,通过技术创新,采用了不同尺寸、类型软管替代受损软管的应急抢修方案,使得油田生产在事故发生后2周内得以恢复,有效降低了事故造成的经济损失。本次抢修作业中采用不同规格软管替代技术以及施工作业中对遇到的一系列技术难题的解决措施,对今后类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。 The riser of "Nan Hai Kai Tuo" FPSO was damaged severely by Typhoon during the temporary production service of FPSO in Lufeng oilfields.Without any other conventional measures to repair the damaged riser to resume production in short time,the second hand riser in different size and type was used in the emergency repair to replace the damaged riser successfully through technical innovation,by which the oilfield resumed the production within two weeks after the damage accident and the economic loss caused by the accident was reduced.The replacement technique with different size risers and the methods adopted to solve the technical difficulties encountered in the emergency repair can be used in the similar engineering in the coming days.
