摘要
通过一种工艺简单、生产成本低、污染小的新方法———高压法制备了性能优良的硫化异丁烯添加剂 ,并对其合成工艺进行了深入探讨。考察了反应温度、时间、配料比等因素对目标产物的影响 ,确定了优化的工艺条件。对产品的性能与传统硫烯进行了比较 。
The sulfurized isobutene additive with excellent performance was prepared by means of high pressure method which is simple technique,lower cost and light pollution.Its synthetic technique was discussed also.Investigated the effect of reaction temperature,time,matching stock ratio on target product,determined the optimum process conditions,compared performances of the product with traditional sulfurized isobutene.This additive has wide outlook in gear oil.
