热性感染相关癫癎综合征2例报告

摘要 病例1：患儿，女，15岁，因发热4d、抽搐4次入院。入院前4d患儿出现发热，体温最高38℃，伴恶心呕吐，偶有头痛，就诊于当地诊所，给予头孢类抗生素静脉滴注治疗，患儿无好转，精神逐渐变差。入院前5h患儿突然出现抽搐，表现为双眼向一侧凝视，牙关紧闭，口周青紫，口吐白沫，四肢强直，双上肢抖动，大小便失禁，
