早期精神分裂症应用齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗的疗效对照分析

A comparative analysis of the curative effects of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia

目的对早期精神分裂症应用齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗的疗效进行分析。方法资料随机选自2011年6月～2013年6月在本院诊治的早期精神分裂症患者84例，将患者分为两组，每组42例，对照组给予奥氮平药物治疗，研究组给予齐拉西酮与奥氮平药物治疗，分析患者的PANSS评分情况和不良反应情况。结果经不同方案的治疗后，比较两组患者治疗8周后的PANSS评分情况，研究组低于对照组，比较差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）；经不同方案的治疗后，比较两组患者出现的不良反应情况，研究组低于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过应用齐拉西酮与奥氮平药物来治疗早期精神分裂症患者，能够有效改善患者的精神症状，提高治愈率。

Objective To analyze the curative effects of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia. Methods Research data were randomly selected from 84 patients with early schizophrenia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013. They were assigned to two groups, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was given olanzapine for the treatment, while the research group was given ziprasidone and olanzapine together. PANNS scores and adverse events of the patients were then analyzed. Results The PANSS scores between the two groups after eight weeks were compared. The scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）; the adverse events between the two groups after the two difference treatments were compared. The incidence in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia effectively alleviates patients＇ mental symptoms and improves the curative rate.
