康妇消炎栓配合广谱抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效分析

An analysis of the clinical effect of kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

目的探讨康妇消炎栓配合广谱抗生素在治疗盆腔炎中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年4月～2012年4月我院收治的86例盆腔炎患者的基本资料，将其依照随机数字化表随机分作对照组43例与观察组43例。给予对照组患者奥硝唑以及氧氟沙星进行治疗；观察组患者在对照组给药的基础上，同时给予患者康妇消炎栓治疗。制定疗效判定标准，评价两组给药的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总体治疗效率为93．02％，对照组治疗的总体效率为69．77％，观察组总体治疗效率较对照组明显高（P〈0．05），组问具统计学上差异。结论康妇消炎栓联合广谱抗生素对盆腔炎具有显著的临床治疗效果，治疗有效率高，用药简单、方便、易行，患者依从性好，提高了患者的生活质量，具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods Basic data of 86 patients with pelvic inflammation who were admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were randomly assigned to a control group （43 patients） and an observation group（43 patients） based on a random number table.The control group was given ornidazole and ofloxaein for the treatment,while the observation group was further given the Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository based on the regimen of the control group. The criteria of curative effect were established and the clinical effects between the two groups were evaluated. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 93.02%, while that in the control group was 69.77%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics shows a significant clinical effect against pelvic inflammation. The regimen is efficient, its medication is simple, convenient and easy to operate, and patients＇compliance is good.The regimen improves patients＇life quality and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
