老年髋关节置换术患者对手术室护理质量满意度及其影响研究

Study on operating room nursing quality satisfaction in elderly patients with hip replacement and its influence

目的探讨老年髋关节置换术患者对手术室护理质量满意度及其影响。方法选取我院2012年5月～2013年10月收治的行人工全髋关节置换术的老年患者共86例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，对两组围手术期疼痛、舒适感、并发症发生率及满意度进行观察及评价。结果观察组术后无护理相关并发症发生，对照组术后出现7例并发症。观察组患者术后疼痛程度与对照组比较明显低。两组患者的舒适情况、并发症与满意度情况比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论老年髋关节置换术的手术操作过程复杂，手术室的有效护理对顺利完成手术，缩短手术时间、降低术后并发症的发生等具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the operating room nursing quality satisfaction in elderly patients with hip replacement and its influence. Methods 86 cases of elderly patients with hip replacement in the author＇s hospital from May 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group was given routine nursing care,observation group was given high quality nursing care,two groups of patients with perioperative pain,comfort,incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared. Results No complications appeared in observation group,control group appeared 7 cases.The postoperative pain levels in observation group was significantly lower than control group. Comparison of two groups of patients with the comfortable condition, complications,and satisfaction, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Elderly hip replacement surgery has complex operation process, the valid nursing of the operating room has positive significance on completing the operation,shortening the operation time, reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications.
