糖尿病合并高血压80例治疗分析

Analysis of 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的探讨糖尿病合并高血压的治疗方法和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析80例糖尿病合并高血压患者临床资料,随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组患者均采用替米沙坦治疗,研究组在此基础上加以氨氯地平治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组各项指标改善情况优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学差异意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效38例(95.0%),对照组总有效31例(77.5%),两组总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,研究组发生1例(2.5%)不良反应,对照组发生7例(17.5%)不良反应,两组不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并高血压治疗中采用替米沙坦和氨氯地平,可取得良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者各项指标和临床症状。

Objective To investigate the treatment method and clinical effect ofdiabetes with hypertension. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into study group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）, two groups of patients were treated with telmisartan treatment, study group on the basis of amlodipine treatment, observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment, the study group indicators to improve the situation better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance between two groups （P 〈 0.05）; the study group total effectiveness was 38 cases（95%）, the control group total effectiveness was 31 cases（77.5%）, the total efficiency of two groups, with statistical difference significance（P 〈 0.05）; during the treatment, the study group occurred in 1 cases （2.5%） adverse reactions occurred in the control group, 7 cases（17.5%） had adverse reactions, adverse reaction in the two groups was compared, statistically significance difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients of diabetes mellitus with use of telmisartan and amlodipinein the treatment of hypertension, can obtain good clinical curative effect, caneffectively improve the indexes and clinical symptoms in patients.
