摘要
采用烧碱中和—氨分散沉淀—灼烧法制备了超细高纯氧化铋粉末 ,其纯度和粒度分别为 99 9%和0 2 0 μm。对影响纯度及粒度分布的关键组分—分散剂进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,合成的Disp2高分子分散剂明显优于常规分散剂丙三醇 ,具有用量低 (2‰~ 4‰ )、产品纯度高及粒径分布窄之特点。表征试验说明 ,本法制备的氧化铋性能指标优异 ,可应用性好。
Ultrafine Bi 2O 3 powder with the purity of 99.9% and particle size of 0.20 μm was prepared by NaOH neutralization-NH 3 dispersed precipitation-burn method.The dispersant selection experimentals showed that the polymeric dispersant(Disp2) is more better than the traditional CH 2(OH)CH(OH)CH 2(OH) and it is characterized by low consumption(2‰~4‰),high purity and narrow distribution of particle size of the product.The characterization test of the product sample revealed that this material possesses excellent technical performance and good application.
