摘要
研究了硫酸锌生产中用氧气或空气氧化法配合过氧化氢深度氧化除铁 ,其适宜的工艺条件为 :氧气或空气氧化 ,pH值 4~ 5 ,反应温度 85~ 95℃ ,氧化时间 2~ 3h ;过氧化氢氧化 ,pH值 3~ 4,反应温度 80~ 85℃ ,氧化时间 3~ 4h ,过氧化氢的量控制为 2~ 3g/L。溶液中铁含量可控制在 0 0 1g/L以下。同时与其他除铁工艺进行了比较 ,得出本工艺具有操作条件容易控制、除铁效果较好等优点。
The technology of iron removal in the production of zinc sulfate by oxygen oxidizing following with deep oxidization of H 2O 2 has been studied.The suitable conditions are as following:with oxygen oxidizing,pH4~5,temperature 85~90 ℃,reaction time 2~3 h;with oxidization of H 2O 2,pH 3~4,temperature 80~85 ℃,reaction time 3~4 h,the dosage of H 2O 2 2~3 g/L.Under the above conditions,the content of ferric ions in acidic leaching liquid can be decreased below 0.01 g/L.Comparing with other method,this method has the advantages of easy control and better effectiveness of iron removal.
