心脏手术少见而致命的并发症——主动脉夹层

摘要 主动脉夹层（aortic dissection，AD）是指主动脉内的循环血液通过内膜破裂口进入主动脉中层形成血肿，如患者不能得到及时诊断和治疗，在发病最初24h内每小时病死率1％-2％，1周内病死率高达60‰70％。AD发病原因较多，目前医源性AD有上升趋势，其中，心脏直视手术导致的AD，虽然罕见，但风险很高，心脏手术相关的AD并发症病死率高达50％，
