Hybrid手术治疗复杂StanfordB型主动脉夹层

摘要 主动脉夹层起病急骤,进展迅速,后果严重。B型复杂型主动脉夹层的累及范围包括远端主动脉弓部、左锁骨下动脉及其远端的降主动脉,由于假腔持续扩张,组织器官缺血,夹层逆行剥离概率增加,常需早期积极干预。传统的治疗方式包括深低温体外循环下主动脉弓替换及硬“象鼻”技术,手术操作复杂,创伤大,患者恢复时间长,围术期死亡占15%--30%。
