术中支架系统治疗复杂B型主动脉夹层 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉夹层（AD）病死率极高。覆膜支架主动脉腔内修复术（endovascular repair，EVR）可明显改薄Stanfiod B型主动脉夹层治疗效果，大大降低病死率和并发症。然而部分复杂B型主动脉夹层患者并不适合EVR，如夹层累及左锁骨下动脉，或内膜破口距左锁骨下动脉开口〈1．5cm等。
