实时多参数监测技术在神经重症监护中的应用前景 被引量:4

摘要 除了原发性损伤外,继发性颅内压增高、缺血缺氧及继发性损伤对创伤性脑损伤(traumaticbrainin—jury,TBI)的预后有决定性作用。及时发现并评估继发性脑损伤的严重程度,不仅可以准确判断预后,还能及时根据病情变化调整治疗方案,最大限度改善预后。实时监测是一种微创技术,目前主要包括颅内压监测、脑氧分压监测、脑血流监测、微透析技术等。实时多参数监测技术因其床旁、动态、连续的监测特点,
