肋骨接骨板结合“T”形锁定加压钢板治疗连枷胸 被引量：4

摘要 连枷胸主要由钝性胸部创伤致多根多处肋骨骨折所造成，可合并胸骨骨折。连枷胸是严重胸部损伤的标志，是胸部创伤早期主要死亡原因之一。既往采用机械通气内固定法等非手术治疗浮动胸壁，效果不理想。随着内固定材料和技术的发展，临床已逐渐采用内固定手术治疗连枷胸。
