辨证施治加用清热解毒药物对急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)水平的影响

Effects of herbs with function of the heat clearing and detoxication to the levels of HS-CRP and Lp(a) of the blood in patients with acute coronary syndrome on the base of syndrome differentiation

目的观察辨证施治加用清热解毒药物对急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)水平的影响。方法选择48例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组病例均给予中、西医常规治疗,同时治疗组在中医辨证论治施方的基础上加用清热解毒中药。第1天、第7天、第14天复查患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)等炎症因子指标,比较各组前后的变化。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后,血HS-CRP、Lp(a)、胆固醇、甘油三脂均有下降,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组显著优于对照组。结论清热解毒药物在降低急性冠脉综合征患者血HS-CRP、Lp(a)等炎症因子方面有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of herbs with function of the heat clearing and detoxication to the levels of HS-CRP and Lp（a） of the blood in patients with acute coronary syndrome on the base of syndrome differentiation. Methods 48 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were given conventional therapy, treatment group was given herbs with function of the heat clearing and detoxication on the base of syndrome differentiation at the same time, and then, reviewed the HS- CRP, Lp（a）,cholesterol, glycerin of the blood and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment on the 1,7,14d. Results HS-CRP, Lp（a）, cholesterol, glycerin of the blood were all decreased in the treatment group and the control group after treatment, the HS-CRP,Lp（a）,cholesterol, glycerin of the blood were decreased, the difference was significant statistically; the final result, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant statistically. Conclusion Herbs with function of the heat clearing and detoxication in reducing the levels of HS-CRP and Lp（a） of the blood in patients with acute coronary syndrome has significant curative effect.
