Nursing of 32 Patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection

目的总结鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的临床护理方法。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对我科2008～2010年收治的32例鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的护理措施进行了总结。结果90％的患者在住院30～45d后痰培养连续3次未检出鲍曼不动杆菌，10％的患者因重型颅脑损伤发生脑疝导致死亡。结论对存在鲍曼不动杆菌感染的患者应按照严格的消毒隔离制度，重视手卫生管理，加强气道护理。

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing methods for the patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Methods The retrospective investigation method was used to summarize the nursing measures for 32 patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection who were admitted to our department from 2008 to 2010. Results After 30 to 45 days of hospitalization, sputum culture did not detect Acinetobacter baumannii in three continuous times for 90% of patients.lO% of patients died of severe traumatic brain injury induced cerebral hernia. Conclusion For patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection,strict disinfection and isolation system should be followed,hand hygiene management should be emphasized,and airway nursing should be enhanced.
