经腹部B超监护无痛人工流产术临床效果分析

An analysis of the clinical effect of painless abortion under the monitoring of abdominal B ultrasound

目的探讨经腹部B超监护无痛人流术的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月我院妇产科收治的450例早孕无痛人工流产妇女，按照不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各225例，对照组常规行无痛人流术，观察组在经腹部B超监护下行无痛人流术。比较两组手术结果及预后。结果本组450例患者手术均获成功。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术中出血时间及手术并发症均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论经腹部B超监护下行无痛人工流产术可清晰观察患者官腔内的情况，提高手术操作的准确性，从而缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量及出血时间，降低手术并发症率，利于提高手术的有效性和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of painless abortion under the monitoring of abdominal B ultrasound. Methods 450 female patients with early pregnancy were admitted to the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 and received painless abortion.They were allocated to an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 225 patients in each group.The control group received regular painless abortion,while the observation group received painless abortion under the monitoring of abdominal B ultrasound.Results and prognosis of the two types of surgery were compared. Results The surgery was successful in all 450 patients.Surgery time,amount and time of bleeding during surgery,and surgery-induced complications in the observation group were all better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Painless abortion under the monitoring of abdominal B ultrasound helps doctors to clearly observe the conditions inside patients＇ uterus,and thus improves the accuracy of surgery,shortens surgery time,reduces the amount and time of bleeding during surgery, and decreases the incidence of surgery-induced complications.The method helps improve the efficacy and safety of the surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
